This is where we connect the dots from the Discovery, Branding and Marketing Standards process with my strategic and creative expertise to devise a go-forward plan that will drive your business forward.
I will lead your team in a collaborative process to define and document a strategic and tactical integrated marketing plan.
The objective of this process is to develop a fully fleshed out, implementable sales and marketing plan or enhance what you currently have in place, including clearly articulated marketing tactics, ROI and KPI objectives.
If my work is focused on enhancing your existing strategic plan, my contributions will be more targeted on shaping your plan to adjust to approved go forward recommendations.
I will collaborate with your management team to define key aspects of the plan.
Key elements may include a combination of the following:
- Event Marketing / Promotional Marketing
- Public Relations
- Investor Relations
- Online / Social Media
- Content Marketing
- Field Marketing - Business Development Support
- New Business Development
- Organic Sales Development
- Retention Plan / Program
I will also work with your sales and financial management team members to align in developing financial forecast models and extrapolate go forward sales and marketing budget recommendations.
Finally, we will document the plan for presentation to key decision makers.
